Government today is not just an active promoter of ideologies and reforms, but to a certain extent, a passive subject too. At various levels of governance, Social Media is enabling and empowering the government, its various agencies and citizens to have an exchange of concerns and queries related to policies. Many international and domestic government organizations are gradually taking to Social Media to reinforce their commitment towards serving the people.
