Last month, Facebook introduced a beefed up version of its page insights. While earlier, insights we gave basic information on the level of engagement a page can generate, now the stats are far more detailed. Here we take a look at how these changes are going to help brands give a better experience to the consumers.

Urvashi works with a nonprofit organization called the The Climate Group and blogs on the issue of sustainability. Urvashi graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, USA.
