Twitter is all set to launch its official analytics product. According to online news, the Analytics would be available by the end of 2010. With Twitter Analytics, users will be able to see a plethora of data about their account; which could be a major eye opener to many twitteratis and businesses alike.
Since the launch of Facebook analytics, business houses have become savvier with how they communicate with their audience. Twitter hopes to do the same. They would want more Brands to engage their target audience through Twitter and are willing to provide support for that purpose.
Whether this will lead to a boom in Twitter numbers or just be another fun data to go through, remains to be seen but, industry experts believe that this has been long overdue and that it will put a substantial authenticity to Social Media Campaigns.
