Associate Maven (Client Servicing)

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:

• Will work with the Delivery & Client Servicing team on a daily basis for timely & successful delivery of projects
• Will report to Senior Associate Maven
• Working 6 days/week in planned shifts

Client Servicing:

• Work in a team or individually to plan & execute client projects
• Working with mornitoring tools to track brand mentions
• Preparing Reports for clients on a Weekly & monthly basis
• Carry our Online Reputation Management including regular tracking & maintenance of links, analysing and report making

Requirements:

• Bachelors / Masters Degree (desirable in Mass Communications)
• Freshers or less than a year of experience with a social media agency
• Basic knowledge of & presence in social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. in amongst others
• Ability to work with a team
