This dreamer & visionary who knows no boundaries is the only person we are personally acquainted with, who has played cricket against Dhoni.

"I am the only techie here. So it is sort of fun helping out people with the technical stuff and getting to know their perspective about the world. My interest in Social Media brought me here and it has increased infinitely since then. The passion with which people talk about social media here is awesome. It is a journey where I am learning to communicate with the masses..'the online masses..that is..'"

Perpetually starving for food, she always manages to crack us up with her interesting take on life. "After a professional course in Public Relations - when everyone was running towards conventional streams of media - I stumbled upon Windchimes Communications. I knew this organization has to be there on my Wall. So I ignored all the mundane avenues of communications and joined this new venture which has been a great learning experience for me. I've been poked to explore a whole new avenue of social media. All my best achievements in this agency are bookmarked in my memory. Agency feeds me a plethora of information each day. Windchimes tweets everyday about professionalism and commitment. I am truly a fan of Windchimes"

Pradnya Adhikari:

This Marathi mulgi has an avid love for photography and the scores of awards she has won for photography are testimony to the fact. "Windchimes introduced me to online brand building, and a friendly work atmosphere. What I like is the fact that I can wear causal on week days. Also, we take our work very seriously - that is, when we're not having fun! What makes me happy to be here is that I have got supportive seniors and very hard-working yet fun-loving colleagues. This is a classic example of learning while having fun. Ok, now, that I have been asked to be honest, I feel like its Siberia in here with the lowered AC temperatures."

Vanessa Rowe:

Our in-house philosopher, Vanessa is living proof of the adage, 'still rivers run deep'. With a wisdom that belies her young age, Vanessa is one surprising young lady. "I have found what I was looking for at Windchimes. A lively job, upbeat colleagues, cool 'Senior Mavens', being online 24*7 [well, almost] and just enjoying the whole experience. It's thrilling for an internet addict like me to be at Windchimes as it is a place which has brought me closer to social networking and the internet. Surfing the net, investigating matters, writing articles, networking online, tweeting, facebooking, orkutting - you name it and we do it... besides this, we have great laughter sessions during working hours and especially at lunch time, we have a ball pulling each other's legs and yes, we do work - very seriously!'"

"Windchimes is where you need to be if you're serious about Social Media Marketing. In fact, it's great to be associated with the only people around, who know the business in-and-out. Work is fun because I actually get to explore the private world of interesting people online."

"Starting off as the first employee definitely has its perks. For one, you really really get to know your boss. Or in my case, my bosses. And it is Sandhya and Nimesh who make Windchimes one rocking work place. It has been an exciting experience, filled with many learnings, heated conversations and endless cuppas of chai."
